
Aquele molho simples, refrescante e delicioso. Pode ser usado para dar um novo sabor a sobras de carne e macarrão da geladeira. Combina bem com carne de porco, frango ou peixe.

Macarrão ao limone
1 pacote de macarrão cozido 1 pouco antes do al dente
Para o molho
1 colher de sopa de manteiga
4 limões(raspas e sucos separados)
50ml de vinho branco
500ml de creme de leite fresco
1/2 xícara de água do cozimento do macarrão
50grs de parmesão(e parmesão extra para servir na mesa)
400grs de frango em cubos grelhados com sal e pimenta (pode também aproveitar sobras de carne, assados ou peixe que você tenha)
sal a gosto
Preparo
Em uma panela, derreta a manteiga e frite quase toda as raspas de limão por 2 minutos. Adicione o vinho branco e deixe ferver por 2 minutos. Adicione o creme de leite, limpe o vidro de creme de leite com a 1/2 xícara de água do cozimento, tempere com sal. Coloque o macarrão e o frango na panela do molho. Misture bem e deixe ferver por 3 minutos, mexendo bem. Sirva a seguir polvilhado com parmesão e as raspas restantes de limão.
