
Frango acompanhado com creme de milho é uma delícia, né? Essa receita é versão dos 2, feitos em uma assadeira só :D.

Eu aprendi essa receita muitos anos atrás com a Paulinha Boque. Ela tem um insta ótimo e eu a acompanho desde da época em que ela compartilhava a caminhada para perder peso. O ponto desse prato é que ele rende muito, então geralmente eu faço em um domingo ou qualquer outro dia que vou receber amigos, pois aqui em casa ninguém gosta de comer a mesma comida mais que 2x seguidas.
Frango com creme de milho direto ao forno
1 kg de peito de frango em cubos

1 pacote de creme de cebola
Para o creme de milho
100ml de leite
1 caixa de creme de leite
1 pitada de sal
1 lata de milho escorrido
1 pote de requeijão
Finalização
6 fatias de muçarela
Preparo
Tempere os cubos de frango com o creme de cebola, reserve. Em um liquidificador, bata todos os ingredientes por 2 minutos. Em uma travessa que possa ir ao forno, despeje um pouco do creme de milho e o frango. Vá envolvendo todos os cubos de frango no creme com a mão ou com a colher. Cubra com o restante do creme, distribua as fatias de queijo e leve ao forno a 180°C por cerca de 1 hora até dourar. Espero que goste, muito obrigada por estar aqui. Até a próxima!
