Bolo de carne com legumes

Eu amo fazer bolo de carne! Acho simples, gostoso e bem comida de mãe(minha mãe não fazia, mas eu faço kkkkk). Essa receitinha pode ser feita de um dia pro outro, você enrolar a carne como já fiz nesse post Aqui ou fazer na massa folhada como fiz Aqui. Dessa vez decidir usar uma forma pequena de pudim para preparar erra receita. Acompanhe o vídeo e a receita abaixo:

Bolo de carne com legumes

Massa

500grs de carne moída

2 colheres de café de Pimenta síria

1 ovo

2 colheres de chá de sal

Recheio

1/2 Cenoura ralada

1/2 lata Milho verde

4 e 1/2 Ovos cozidos

Azeite e sal

Finalize

10 tomatinhos cereja cortados ao meio

Preparo

Ligue o forno a 200°C. Em uma tigela misture todos os ingredientes da massa e distribua 2/3 dela em uma forma de pudim já untada com azeite. Coloque os recheios comprimindo bem, polvilhe sal e azeite, feche com o 1/3 restante da carne. Leve ao forno por 30 minutos, escorra o excesso de água e leve mais 5 minutos a 250°C pra dar uma leve dourada(pode pincelar molho barbecue e pular esses 5 minutos). Decore com os tomatinhos e sirva a seguir!
